Initial diagnosis: advanced left renal cancer with metastases (lungs, adrenal, peritoneal suspicion)
Treatment response over time: consistent regression
Post-surgery + immunotherapy: no active disease visible as of July 2023
One residual finding requiring monitoring: left diaphragmatic crus thickening

Report 1

Date: 15 June 2022
Exam: CT Thorax / Abdomen

Findings:
Imaging shows a very large left renal tumor with extensive involvement beyond the fascia and possible invasion into the pancreatic tail, diaphragmatic crus, and aorta.
There is also left-sided peritoneal involvement.
Suspicion of multiple pulmonary metastases.

Report 2

Date: 10 October 2022
Exam: CT Thorax

Findings:
No imaging features suggestive of pneumonitis.
Decrease in size of known bilateral pulmonary metastases, as well as reduction of the tumor mass in the left kidney.
No new suspicious lesions.

Report 3

Date: 23 December 2022
Exam: Chest X-ray

Comparison: Compared with CT thorax dated 21 November 2022.

Findings:
Normal inspiratory position.
Well-defined diaphragmatic domes with clear costophrenic angles.
Cardiac size, hila, mediastinum, and pulmonary circulation are within normal limits.
On the current chest radiograph, no clearly identifiable nodules, except for right perihilar miliary nodular changes.
No evidence of consolidations.

Report 4

Date: 2 March 2023
Exam: CT Thorax / Abdomen

Findings:

No new metastases.

Further decrease in the mass at the upper pole of the left kidney, with unchanged invasion/tumor thrombus in the renal vein.

Unchanged pulmonary nodules and known resorption of the left adrenal metastasis.

Report 5

Date: 6 July 2023
Visit: Outpatient hospital visit
Exam: CT Thorax / Abdomen

Findings:
At present, no signs of active disease following left nephrectomy and left adrenalectomy.
Resorption of previously known lung metastases following immunotherapy.
Persistent thickening of the left diaphragmatic crus, recommended for follow-up.
